Welcome to the Kayak Cafe at Shaw’s Bay, just over Missingham Bridge beside the Shaw’s Bay picnic area and the Richmond River in Ballina. Watch the kite surfers, kayak surfers and surfers while you sip on your coffee or have a fresh healthy lunch or snack in our relaxing courtyard. Watch the Osprey, Sea Eagles & pelicans soar overhead and the parachute jumpers as they descend nearby.

Hire a Kayak & have a paddle on the sheltered and picturesque Shaw’s Bay Lake. Another great option is our Kayak Classes. You can BYO or hire a kayak and join Scott Rawstorne in our skills classes or Emma in our Kayak Fit Classes.
